Blessings For You ChildCare & Learning Center is comprised of individuals who share the common goal of educating and inspiring young minds. The members of our faculty have dedicated themselves to helping children grow holistically—academically, socially, and emotionally. We are passionate about providing every child with a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where they feel valued, supported, and excited to learn each day.
We take great pride in our team and only hire qualified, dedicated individuals who are committed to excellence in early childhood education. All staff members undergo thorough background and reference checks to ensure they meet our high standards. In addition, all of our teachers are CPR and First Aid certified, and they participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with best practices and to meet the ever-changing needs of the families we serve.
To further support the health and well-being of our children, we have a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on-site daily to assist with student care and medical needs. We also have a dedicated kitchen manager who prepares nutritious, well-balanced meals for our students each day, ensuring that their dietary needs are met in a safe and caring environment.

Our preschool teachers go above and beyond each day to prepare students for a successful transition into elementary school—whether they continue on to public or private education. We focus on building strong academic foundations, confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our teachers implement the STREAMin³ curriculum throughout the school year, providing engaging, theme-based instruction that emphasizes learning through play. This approach allows children to explore science, technology, reading, engineering, arts, and mathematics in meaningful and developmentally appropriate ways. In addition, teachers conduct daily small group instruction to ensure differentiation, allowing each child to learn at their own pace. Through these small groups, our staff closely monitor progress, track developmental milestones, and collect valuable data to support each child’s individual growth.
Our commitment to student success extends beyond the preschool years. Our before and after school program teachers provide continuous academic support through tutoring and homework assistance for students currently enrolled in elementary school. We work closely with families to help ensure children are meeting their academic goals and staying on track at their respective schools.
Additionally, our after-school program offers transportation to and from various schools in the Richmond and Henrico areas. We encourage families to contact our program directly to confirm whether transportation is available for their child’s school.
